Prices, cost, booking of EMS-training and all EMS providers
How much does a EMS-training cost and what costs / prices can I expect altogether?
During our studio test, one thing struck with us: the price! There is a big range between the prices, as well as varied offerings, with which the studios try to attract customers.
But does an EMS-training have to expensive? Here, you need to ask yourself one question: What do I get at a price of 15 Euros / Dollar? EMS is treated like high-class personal training. However, some studios beat down the prices with bargain offers and trial lessons, so that prices above 20 Euros / Dollar are difficult to maintain. Prices worldwide vary between 15 and 25 Euros / Dollar, which leaves a lot of potential!
Some studios offer trial lessons completely without charge – from counselling to training and EMS apparel. However, some studios set a price of 15 to 30 Euros / Dollar just for the trial lesson.
In Vienna, Austria, the cheapest studio included in our studio test had a price of 14,95 Euros / Dollar and the most expensive studio requested 69,95 Euros / Dollar for a high-class EMS-training. However, sauna was included in the 69,95 Euros / Dollar!
Other costs of the EMS-training
You do not train EMS in a trice. You need to register in a studio. That means, you get an introduction, a detailed counselling, and a personal trial lesson. As you decide to begin with EMS-training, you need to include an application fee and costs for functional underwear. The so-called setup- or application fee is at about 10 to 50 Euros / Dollar, rarely above. Some studios do not even ask for this fee.
The next matter of expense, which applies almost everywhere, is the purchase of EMS clothing, in order to to start with the training in the first place. However, this expense is quite normal and costs between 29,95 Euros / Dollar and 49,95 Euros / Dollar, dependent on the EMS provider.
Mobile EMS-training at home
There are some people, who do not want to train in a studio, for different reasons. For this group, there are alternatives available – a mobile EMS personal trainer, who makes house calls. Please do not immediately think of shame in relation to this topic. For example, there are older people, who want to exercise, but are not able to visit a fitness studio. In this case, manageable, mobile EMS-machines and a well-trained fitness coach can put things right.
People, who do not want to visit a studio for the training can book a mobile EMS trainer, who comes to your place and executes the workout with you in your apartment. This is a reasonable alternative for everyone, who is not able to participant in every exercise. With regard to a home training, you need to expect costs of 35 to 60 Euros / Dollar per session. In our test, the personal trainer was there for a 20-minute introduction and for 25-minute training.
